Here is everything you need to know about picking up your online order

Allow up to 48 hours for your order to be fulfilled.

After you make a purchase, our team is working hard to get your order prepared which can take between 24-48 hours. When your order is ready for pick-up, we’ll send you an email. If you have not heard from our team after 48 hours of submitting an order, please reach out to us at onlineorders@als-gardencenter.com.

Convenient Curbside Pick Up within 48 hours after email notification.

Once you receive the email confirmation that your order is ready, please meet us at our Sherwood location (16920 SW Roy Rogers Road, Sherwood) for pick-up within 48 hours. Read our instructions for pick-up below for more information.

Instructions for Online Order Pick-Up

We’ve created a process to make sure our customers can get all of their garden and home needs in a safe and efficient way. Please follow the steps below when you head to our Sherwood store to pick up your order.

- When entering the parking lot, turn right and look for the signs for online pick-up.

- Look for the designated online parking spots and pull in with your vehicle.

- Call the number on the sign and provide the associate with your order number and the spot number. (If you can’t get through on the first try and there are multiple cars waiting, please be patient with us!)

- For your safety, please stay in your car and allow our associates to load in your order.
